*Although entrance for the conference and exhibition is free of charge, the online regis­tra­tion is necessary.

Online Registration form is closed. You can register onsite.

First please fill in the Personal Data Form and continue to registration by choosing the registration fee. During the registration process you will receive a password and auto­mati­cally generated summary to your email address. Your password is the same for all online forms (registration, seminars, social events, tours and accommodation).

Upon submitting the Registration Form, you will receive a confirmation from the Convention Secretariat within three working days.

The online registration will be closed from May 15, 2017. You will have the possibility to register on-site in the Convention venue.

All registered participants will receive a free PUBLIC TRANSPORT TICKET (received onsite at the registration desk and valid within the dates of the Convention i.e. May 19–21, 2017).

Methods of payment

All payments must be paid in EUR by one of the following methods:

1. Credit Card

For payment by credit card please use the Online Payment System. The system is accessible with the password that you received upon registration. The system accepts the following credit cards: MasterCard/Eurocard, Visa and Diners Club.

2. Bank Transfer

The bank details including the 10-digit variable symbol will be sent to you within three working days after the submission of the registration form. Please note that payments without this variable symbol will not be identified and the accommodation / tours / social events will not be confirmed.

Please note that payments by bank transfer will only be accepted by May 5, 2017. After this date only payments by credit cards will be accepted by using the Online Payment System.

All payments made by bank transfer have to be net of all bank charges. The payer pays the bank charges of their bank, and the beneficiary pays the charges of their bank, if any.

Cancellations and refunds

The Convention Secretariat must be notified in writing by e-mail ( or fax (+420 284 001 448) about the cancellation of Gala Dinner or Tours. Telephone cancellation will not be accepted.

The following cancellation conditions apply:

Cancellations received: Refund
before April 30, 2017: full refund of the fee less 20 EUR handling fee
from May 1, 2017: no refund

If a change or cancellation made by a participant results in a refund, GUARANT Inter­na­tion­al reserves the right to charge a 20 EUR handling fee.

Visa requirements

Invitation letters for visa purposes can only be sent to participants who have completed the registration process. Further information regarding visa requirements can be found here.
